Sarah works with business owners to build long term strategies and tactics, finding ways of creating new revenue streams and forming collaborations to make these happen.

She trains and coaches teams and individuals ensuring that by cross and up-selling they are maximising customer spend at every opportunity.  

Prior to moving into the field of hospitality sales & marketing, Sarah worked in operations and has walked the walk of the everyday joys and challenges that our industry offers, a realistic understanding that many ‘sales trainers’ don’t have.
